All product orders are subject to Government tax (GST). All prices listed on the website are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST.

Prolong Lash™ product prices and special offers are subject to change without notice at any time. Postage & handling, and where applicable, insurance charges will be added to the total order at check out.

As a purchaser you acknowledge that some products sold by Prolong Lash™ are sensitive to temperature extremes which may change the consistency of the product and reduce the products quality and effectiveness.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Prolong Lash™ endeavours to always ship products of the highest quality. Due to issues of hygiene, Prolong Lash™ cannot accept returns or exchange products.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS POLICY

If you receive a product which you consider to be defective, please contact Prolong Lash™ immediately on 0416 519 083. One of our administration representatives will make a determination as to whether or not the product is defective. If the product is determined to be defective, you will be issued with a return authorisation number, and be required to return the item via express post.

On receipt of the defective item your purchase will either be replaced or credited, and the cost of the return express postage will be allocated to your Prolong Lash™ account to be used as a credit against future purchases, or refunded to your account or credit card.

PRIVACY POLICY

Prolong Lash™ respects your privacy. Prolong Lash™ will not sell or provide any information about you or your company to any third party. The information provided by you on this site will be used to deliver products and services that you have requested or ordered, and from time to time, Prolong Lash™ will use your contact information to notify you of specials or promotions. At your request we agree to remove your name from our mailing list.

SHIPPING POLICY AUSTRALIA

Orders placed Monday to Friday between 9am and 3:00 pm EST, will ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm Monday to Friday, will ship the following business day. Orders placed on weekends and / or public holidays will ship the following business day. Prolong Lash™ uses Australia Post and couriers for all domestic and international shipments. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Should you require an insured shipping method, please notify us in the “comments” section at the time of submitting your order and a member of our administration team will contact you via return email.

Prolong Lash™ does not require a signature to prove delivery of orders. Once the order has been accepted by Australia Post and confirmation has been emailed to you to confirm dispatch of your purchase, Prolong Lash™ is no longer liable for lost, stolen or misplaced packages.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to register complete and accurate shipping details when you register on our website.

INTERNATIONAL

Prolong Lash™ does not accept international orders through the internet. Should you wish to purchase products for shipment internationally, please email your product requirements to info@prolonglash.com.au, and a member of our administration team will contact you via return email to confirm your order, shipping requirements and payment method.

BACK ORDERS POLICY

While we strive to maintain a fully stocked warehouse, occasionally, supply and demand creates an 'out of stock' situation. Should this occur, you will be contacted regarding the delay, and we will offer you either a credit or exchange on that product, or arrange to ship the product once stock is available.
